How it works.
- Options: You can combine the course with the purchase of a treatment couch, or you can take the course alone. We offer you attractive combination prices, and if you later decide to purchase a treatment couch, the combination price still applies.
- Planning and implementation: If you agree and want to start, we will plan a date for the online course together. You have the option of waiting until your treatment couch is installed in your salon so that you can practice the training immediately on your own couch. Would you like to get started more quickly? Then you have the option of completing the course in advance, without the couch.
- Course structure: The course lasts 3 weeks and includes a full online course day (from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) with live interaction with a trainer. One week after the course day, we will arrange a 1-on-1 follow-up appointment to check that you have understood the material well. Another individual appointment follows two weeks later to discuss any problems.
- Support and materials : You will receive a personal login to our training platform, which will be available to you for one month for reference and further learning. You will also have access to a knowledge base with lots of additional information and an online peer community.
- Advantages of the online course : The online course is cheaper than the physical version. You save time and travel costs; you can participate from your own location. This ensures that you can start quickly and efficiently even without physical presence in Cologne. We look forward to welcoming you to our training program!

How to buy this product?
For larger products, such as treatment couches, we have not displayed the prices for data protection reasons, as we calculate the shipping costs individually for each customer. As soon as a customer inquires about the prices, the request is forwarded to one of our sales consultants. They will advise the customer without obligation on the installation and use of the product.
You can also place your order with your contact person, who will then assist you with the purchase process, the delivery process and any questions you may have regarding use.
Do I really have a lifetime guarantee?
Yes, lifetime really does mean lifetime. Of course, there are exceptions. We do not offer a warranty against wear and tear from use. But we do guarantee that your product will remain functional for the rest of its life!
Do you also have models without a water connection?
Yes, we do. But sometimes there are easier ways to install your product than you think. Our sales consultants are available to give you non-binding advice.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely, your data will only be used for internal purposes and will not be stored!
